Here at Gigapay, we love our talents and are excited when someone joins. Meet Thea Hansson, our newest sales executive who came onboard two weeks ago, and so far, it's been smooth sailing.
It's our culture to get to know our talents a bit better, so we engaged Thea Hansson with our favorite questions.

1. Hi Thea, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
I'm Thea from Gothenburg, located on the Swedish west coast, even known as the best coast. Before starting my studies, I moved to London and stayed for nearly 1,5 years; it's a city I love, and I always try to go back at least once a year if possible.
Furthermore, I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Management of Growth (Matrix) at the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
Besides my studies, I have worked in retail for seven years and have experience working as a management trainee, helping a start-up with their expansion and clarifying the brand's" common thread."
2. How did you get to this position?
Corporate culture and growing both individually and professionally have always been something I value and strive for. So when a friend of mine at Gigapay shared a post on Instagram about the company's hiring, I got a bit curious. I did some research and later decided to send in my CV.
3. What do you often like to do for fun?
Like most of us, I like traveling. I have been curious since I was a kid and have loved to experience and learn from other cultures and people. When I don't get the opportunity to travel, I like spending time with my friends. Most of us are foodies, so much of my time (and money) goes to trying out new bars and restaurants. I also like being creative; one thing on my bucket list is learning how to do pottery.
4. What's your typical day like as a sales executive?
Right now, I'm doing my second week at Gigapay, so a lot of time goes into getting to know the company, my colleagues, and the systems we use. But my main task will be finding leads that collaborate with influencers and giggers, finding out if we are a good match for each other, and later scheduling a meeting.
Do you consider yourself a cat or dog person?
That's a hard one because I love both, but if I have to choose, it has to be dogs. I want to have a cavapoo in my life (if you don't know what breed, google it, it's the cutest thing ever :) )
6. How's your experience so far working with the team at Gigapay?
My first impression was, wow, everyone here is so smart and kind. Something in common for everyone working at Gigapay is passion. We believe in our solution and are all working with something we love. The positive energy you get here at the office is amazing.
