Background
Boozt, a leading Nordic online department store specializing in fashion and lifestyle products, set an ambitious goal to enhance customer loyalty and grow revenue by 40% before 2027. To achieve this, Boozt recognized the potential of influencer marketing as a key channel for generating revenue and driving orders, particularly within the fashion and beauty sectors. Boozt aimed to establish consistent, long-term relationships with influencers, transitioning from ad hoc campaigns to a more strategic, measurable approach. However, the influencer marketing operation was manual and the onboarding procedures for nano- and micro-influencers were cumbersome and limited their ability to scale their influencer operation effectively, stopping them from reaching their goals.
