Sick Leave
In the unfortunate event of getting sick, or otherwise physically or mentally in-apt to work, the User may be entitled to sick pay according to the Sick Pay Act (Swedish: Lag (1991:1047) om sjuklön), provided that some requirements are met. Accidents and Incidents
If a User has been involved in an accident or injured themself while using Gigapay’s employer of record Service in Sweden, they should contact Gigapay via our chat or support email support@gigapay.co as soon as possible. Before filling out this form, please ready what applies to accidents/incidents at work while using Gigapays Employer of record service here.
Accidents and incidents at work may be covered by Gigapay’s insurances as described in the applicable insurance Section.
